Customer Supplier Data Transmittal (CSDT) is an application designed to allow for automated electronic transmittal of data between customers, suppliers and first–tier companies. The Customer & Supplier Data Transmittal system enables the secure exchange and management of data requirements and responding documents between authorized suppliers and customers.
CSDT System Features:
- Visibility of schedule performance, document status, process health, and other information utilized in the customer and supplier requirements process
- Electronic workflow for routing and notification, collecting comments and mark-ups, as well as assignment of a disposition to each document, and electronic sign-offs
- Supplier data requirements are associated with part numbers, schedules and other related information to form a Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL).
- Customer data requirements are related to contracts, schedules and other related information to form a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
- Secure role based access - CSDT data is only viewable by authorized personnel, based on security requirements.
Electronic Procurement Information Center (EPIC) is a Centralized Web based application for procurement documentation management. EPIC allows for the procurement agent to build, manage and store the complete procurement package. It serves as a repository for procurement documents and a variety of fulfillment records, supplier information, and supporting documentation. Authorized users can view, upload, print, and fax procurement documentation.
